Thank you for shopping at TrueAura! We are committed to delivering your favorite designs as quickly and reliably as possible. Since each item is custom-printed just for you, here is how our shipping process works:
1. Processing & Production Time
Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, your order is printed only after it is placed.

Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship across India. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–8 business days after production is complete.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (check our homepage for current promotions!).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID. You can use this to follow your TrueAura package right to your doorstep.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your apparel arrives safely. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate during checkout to avoid any delivery delays.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong design/size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
